A high quality, single skin steel building for use as an industrial unit and/or workshop.This steel buildings is constructed with high quality cold rolled structural steel that resin bolts to a concrete base or alternative hard standing. The frame is kit building and bolt togethers ensuring better stability and strength than Tek screwed structures.The cladding is non-insulated Plastisol single skin steel cladding with DripStop anti-condensation lining on the roof cladding. Drip stop is also available on the walls for a premium.The front elevation features a two manual, chain drive roller shutter doors measuring 4m wide x 2.5m high; a single personnel access door measuring 0.905m wide x 2.03m high; and a window measuring 1m wide by 1m high.Along the eaves of the industrial unit are steel Trimline gutters that connect to steel downpipes.A variety of colours are available.Optional installation available by our qualified and insured installation team.Price excludes VAT.
