A high quality, single skin steel building for use as an MOT workshop or general industrial unit.This steel buildings is constructed with high quality cold rolled structural steel that resin bolts to a concrete base or alternative hard standing. The frame is kit building and bolt togethers ensuring better stability and strength than Tek screwed structures.The cladding is Kingspan Quadcore™ 40mm Composite Cladding on the roof and walls. Non-insulated single skin Plastisol Cladding with DripStop anti-condensation protection is also available.The front elevation features a 3 electric roller shutter doors with a single phase tube motor, each door measuring 4m wide x 2.5m high; and a double access door measuring 1.795m wide x 2.02m high; and a window measuring 1m wide by 1m high.Along the eaves of the MOT workshop are steel Trimline gutters that connect to steel downpipes.A variety of colours are available.Optional installation available by our qualified and insured installation team.Price excludes VAT.
